"When a paying customer reaches out with inquiries, it is your responsibility to assist them rather than directing them to find the answers on their own. This is fundamental customer service. After being quite rude and unhelpful initially, Connie goes on to mention that she consistently finds herself on the phone with angry and frustrated customers. I can't help but wonder why that is the case? This led me to suggest to her that perhaps she should think about pursuing a different career. If venting about her job to customers over the phone is standard practice, then it might be best for Connie to seek employment elsewhere. As a former customer, I can certainly attest to this. I managed to save over $120 each month by switching to Progressive! I would strongly advise anyone to consider any other insurance company except for Adam Hufstetler's State Farm.

P.S.: In my more than 20 years of driving, I have never encountered so many problems with an insurance provider. Both automated systems and AI self-service options do not consume as much time as the employees at Adam Hufstetler's State Farm do. It is truly a waste of both time and money!

And Adam, keep your religious beliefs and prayers to yourself. I paid you for insurance, not to be forced to engage in prayer over the phone to satisfy yourown religious beliefs. You sell insurance for a living. Stay in your lane."
